Diane Lampron

Diane Lampron, RN, BSN, CASC, has more than 30 years of progressive health care experience within a variety of healthcare settings.  Prior to joining Port Jefferson Surgery Center, Ms. Lampron was the Administrator of The Surgery Center at Lutheran in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.  Ms. Lampron is actively involved in the continued improvement of both clinical and business operations.  She has developed new programs at the facilities she has served in, such as the addition of a total joint replacement program in the ambulatory surgery center setting.

Ms. Lampron holds a BSN from Wayne State University, and is certified as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator (CASC).  Ms. Lampron has advanced experience as the presiding administrator during an abundant number of AAAHC accreditation and state re-licensure surveys.

Medical Director

Dr. Jeffrey Rubenstein

Jeffrey Rubenstein, MD, has over 20 years’ experience as a board-certified anesthesiologist.  Dr. Rubenstein is a partner at Long Island Anesthesia Physicians, as well as an original investing partner at Port Jefferson Surgery Center.  At Port Jefferson Surgery Center, Dr. Rubenstein is the physician leader in ensuring the delivery of quality surgical care to every patient we see.

Dr. Rubenstein graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine. He is licensed to practice by the state board in New York.  Dr. Rubenstein has been with Port Jefferson Surgery Center since our opening in 2018.

Clinical Director

Tony Filetto

Tony Filetto, RN, has over 31 years of nursing experience and with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management with a focus in ambulatory care.  He has developed and implemented numerous ASC service lines, facilitating onboarding of orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, and spine surgery service lines.  His nursing experience includes OR, Pre-Op/PACU, as well as critical care and transport/ flight nursing.  At Port Jefferson Surgery Center, Mr. Filetto holds responsibility for all aspects of clinical operations – this includes management of the clinical staff and facilitation of regulatory compliance with state and federal standards.

Mr. Filetto holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in healthcare management from St. Joseph’s College.  Mr. Filetto has been with Port Jefferson Surgery Center since 2018.

Regional Vice President, Operations

David Lewis

David Lewis, Regional Vice President of Operations, joined Pinnacle III in 2019 to oversee ASC business and clinical operations in the New York and Northeast regions, and to assist with the development and oversight of additional ambulatory surgical centers in the New York and Northeast regions. David has over 24 years’ experience managing and directing ambulatory health care services. His experience includes the operations and management of: orthopedic group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient diagnostic imaging centers, and outpatient rehabilitation centers.

David brings Pinnacle III and our clients a high level of expertise in leadership, enhancing organizational performance, revenue cycle optimization, financial analysis, business development, strategic planning, physician recruitment, team building, ancillary revenue generation, and property management. David received his Master of Science Degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina.
